absolutely disappoined with this hotel. waited over an hour past check-in, being treated like any other guest isn’t what i signed up for. not to mention, the rude staff seemed to be on a power trip. a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, as an apology for my inconveniences! i was almost ready to give a good review but just couldn’t.

The two-bedroom villa we had boasted a spacious layout with a kitchen and dining area, a balcony with stunning ocean views, and a comfortable seating area. We enjoyed the well-kept outdoor pools. The beach access was a breeze. The gym was great for workouts and there were tons of activities to keep the kids entertained.

Check-in was a bit of a circus. it took ages to find our reservation. Even though we were just trying to kick back for my bachelorette weekend, the check-in staff could have been warmer and friendlier. Luckily, the beautiful property made up for it all in the end!

The staff were genuinely friendly and really helpful, which made us feel welcomed. The facilities catered perfectly to our family. we enjoyed playing games and swimming in the comfortably heated pool. The direct access to the beach was a highlight, allowing us to create wonderful family memories by the ocean. The side sea view from our villa was coupled with lovely city and river scenery, making our stay visually delightful.
